summer breezes
warm warm night
seagulls gliding
in twilight

waves are crashing
rolling stones
a pebble beach
close to home -

full moon rising
Sun below
the horizon
just a glow

stars appearing
in the sky
twinkle twinkle
as we lie

on a blanket
on the ground
enjoying sights
and too the sounds

natural rhythms
breathing in
and breathing out
entering

synchronizing
resonance
the only time
the present tense

the only place
there is to be
is where we are
you and me
