She loved me
She Loved me a lot
A trail of tears
Summer days were long and hot
When evening came
With so much to blame
We'd turn that lamp down low
She would love me... love me so slow
Her love was the best
A vice...
Like fire and ice
To be with her
A never ending quest

The mark of a great writer - when words take the reader to the place you are writing about and the reader sees everything. Very vivid poem. This is great.
