It isn't far from the truth, Taryn. I have a pretty bad case of short term memory loss and have been given medicine to combat it, but it doesn't seem to be combating very well. Next time I see my doctor I will point that out to him. It gets embarrassing sometimes when I can't remember some people names I have know for years. Yep. That bad.

My friend, it should only feel embarrassing if the one who you are unable to name make you feel that way...tolerance and understanding...a mere tweek on the meds and I am sure it will be okay...and just to be sure, when you read this comment...do two things...write it down and put next to your insurance card and then call the doc office to be sure it is put into the records that you want to discuss it, just in case...proactive rather than reactive...or...you can just tell me the date of your next appointment and I'll be sure to remind you ;) xoxo Taryn

Awww . . . Thank you big time, Taryn, I so appreciate your concern concerning me missing appointments that you would let me know when they were due. But my medical appointments are something I never miss. I have them written on my calendar, I have them written on Post-It notes that i stick on my computer. Never mind that I also have them listed on my computer. So you can see I take my appointments seriously. I am so touched that you would want to help me remember my appointments, you'll never know how much. Thank you for being such a caring friend.
