Waiting To Bleed
Stroll the narrow path through sensitivity
Life's will cramped as a camped companion
Lost and lonely just waiting to bleed
Never knowing you're all I need
Society, spilt out onto the sidewalks
Leading to a nether land
One by one and two by two
Are you me or am I you
Trouble on a tilted plane
Discovering nothing at all again
Not here today not gone tomorrow
Suffer the silence, spill your sorrow
Nothing's real but the pain I feel
One more sip off the bottle let me steal
Chasing hard choices in a soft supple hand
Rip out redemption and bury this man
Life's will cramped as a camped companion
Lost and lonely just waiting to bleed
Never knowing you're all I need
Society, spilt out onto the sidewalks
Leading to a nether land
One by one and two by two
Are you me or am I you
Trouble on a tilted plane
Discovering nothing at all again
Not here today not gone tomorrow
Suffer the silence, spill your sorrow
Nothing's real but the pain I feel
One more sip off the bottle let me steal
Chasing hard choices in a soft supple hand
Rip out redemption and bury this man

A back-alley agony of the soul, this essence is, Tim. Many have felt that life is just another day to be lived void of happiness. Darkness always surrounds the aperature before it opens to light. The deeper the valley the higher the mountain. Keep climbing.

So very heartwrenching.
The depth of agony is felt through your words.
I am always thankful for the sprinkles of light, that shines in the most unexpected places - through the darkness.
Embrace those sprinkles 🌟

Waiting to bleed...like knowing perhaps that you've been mortally wounded but you're still breathing and moving, waiting for the pain to set in and the world to fade. Perhaps my mind is just in dark alleys today, but this is how I read this one today. Brilliantly executed.

The 2S is superb, centerlizes the poem pulling it all together.
The concise form is well executed delivering much and not one word out of place, It's wonderful to uncover layers of the man through each piece published, nicely done Tim.

To be lost in a sea of people;
it has almost a claustrophobic feel to it.
So many of us on this earth, yet loneliness
still haunts us...

So many of us on this earth, yet loneliness
still haunts us...
