If you awake to find an apparition at the end of your bed
Do not fear
No need to dread
What you see is not a Ghost come to haunt you
But a Guardian Angel to watch over you
Shut your eyes
Go back to sleep
And dream dreams
Peaceful and sweet

Nice thought, and it captures the essence of there message in a few lines. Sometimes, maybe, the fear and cold sweat might be suggesting it's a 'presence' from a less agreeable dimension - even though it's probably a projection of our own fear.
