I <3 you mom
Words fall short,
Got me all out of sorts
of course I am talking about you mom,
It is because of you I know that I am blessed,
We both stress as we move through our lives,
Everything is not just fine,
Politics aside I can’t lie,
But as long as I have you as my light
I will be alright… We will be alright,
We will make it through these plights,
I know this because I know you,
You taught me the truth,
Taught me what to do- Yeah I screwed up
But you were there to pick me up
You have saved my life a number of times,
Don’t think I don't recognize,
When you cry, when you try,
You want to see me fly,
I don't know how you do it,
You support my music
And are proud of me,
When I can't seem to find what is inside of me,
I love you mom now and forever,
So you know I had to write this letter.
