This is a special poem to a special person in my life. We grew up similar. Although I was more of a fighter when I got bullied. I also hate that kids get bullied. It is a true problem that I feel the school system should do more. But yes, no one should ever feel so alone. That's why I try to be as welcoming as I can to people 🤗

Me too...it's my theory that people just need more love even when they've messed up and they'll be alright in the end :)

Oh my, this was painful to read...

Immediately it reminded me of a television show we had a once a year (in the eighties) It was called Children for Children (children were singing) and my favorite song was "Will you come and play with me" It was something in the line of "I have a train and a teddy and a secret stone (and so on) and I am alone"

It probably wasn't a good idea to listen to it :-/

I'm lucky to have her. Almost always I have people show me a fake smile while stabbing me in the back. She is truly not like that. I think it's because she is like me. She knows what it's like to be beaten down. I am always open to people but I have not met many true souls. Everyone is out for themselves, and they don't care who they step on to get what they want. Just my thoughts though. Maybe I look too deeply into what people do. Just not much for bs at all.

So sad when kids are reduced to solitary confinement within
their own world. The loneliness is so shattering and most times
an amazing person is hidden behind it.

Thanks so much, and very sorry for my absence. I feel horrible that my readers had to see me get banned. I wish I could speak more about it, but feel it's best not too. I love how honest you are in your words. I wouldve given anything to have a friend like you growing up. I too protected the weak, yet in retaliation got the brunt of it myself.  Lol Im not in to superficial, clothes..hair, makeup. So fake.  Kids can be cruel, but unfortunately most of its learned behavior from home. Alot of parents dont realize you get out what you put in. Another Excellent write me brotha!!! 😝😂
