After Dawn Light
He's gazing at a great, grey bank of clouds,
That makes hills into mountains before dawn;
The warlike aspect of the front soon shrouds
The hills in mist, so he can seize her form,
Unknown to others, though she is asleep
And conquering desires may be in vain;
So, he will watch her resting and will keep
A vigil on her body and explain
His motives to the dawn, that does not care
To wait until he's finished to blush red;
And if he lifts the covers - would he dare
To join her in the warmth of that small bed
And wake her in a way that excitation
Must follow after dawn light's penetration.
