Just a thought
Could our demons be a type of inner poltergeist, formed by our own negative thoughts created by the negative words and actions of others?
Thus we are our demons,
acting on our own selfish desire to leave this world that does not deserve an honest soul.
As trapped by our own Ambitions to save a world that is too far to be saved,
We are the Damned,
We are the Broken,
We are human.

Maybe but our world is not stuck within introspection.
There are many Lightworkers (me?) who strive to raise the vibration of all sentient beings on Gaia's realm.
If not to save, then to help the frequencies (souls) on their Tao towards their next step.
You do bring up a very interesting scientific, spiritual and philosophical << what if >>
