As a fiction writer I make up stories
Fakery that is supposed to feel like real life
And make people believe that what they read
Has really happened
But as a poet I’m supposed to write the truth
Emotion as story
Feelings as characters
So when I combine both talents am I a fake
As a writer or a poet

I think being an author of either...you write what you wish. What you are passionate about.

Well you sure are good at making
me feel an assortment of things,
even when I don't want to.. you
just have this collectiveness and
tangibility.. that is hard to shake ;)
