Cleansing Cascades

My stance taken up,
more through sleep deprivation
than a willingness to slow dance

But from under the heat,
cascades of cleansing water,
I'm to be found against you,
my head resting awhile

As hands soap my back,
I'm taken back,
lovely thoughts on every
night curled up close to you

Our love undiminished
Strong

I wouldn't have it any other way.
