Anxiety driven fright
Sometimes I talk myself into the gloom
that doesn't exist
Kinda like fake news
If you say it enough
it becomes truth
Dusted off today
Swallowed my pride
Went into the mouth of the dragon
Fought with finesse instead of fear
Won the battle
Won the war
Heartburn receding
Floating

i love the thought of fighting with finesse instead of fear. this piece really speaks to my mind state at the moment. or, rather, how i wish my mind state was. well done, cowboy. well done.
