The madness has been raging through the Presidential campaign, but in a way it's just bs as usual.  The symptoms of rampant hatred and fear are more pronounced but they are always there in our present system.

"it’s time to create an honest world
founded on truth and respect
where equality is the law"

That's a lofty and possibly quixotic goal but it's well worth working towards, see how far we get.  I'm glad you're thinking in these terms, Duende.  I wish more folks did.

There are more people (here) who think in the same terms and though I'm not American I'm well aware of the campaign and its madness... more observational poems will be released...

I had to look up quixotic (thanks for teaching me a new word) and as a self proclaimed anarchist hippie I will remain an idealist till the day I die :-)
