The Dark Cloud
darkness can set in
without you
realizing it
without a warning
it isn't like the flu
your bones doesn't begin to ache
or sniffles begin
but there it is
like a heavy dark cloud
in its arrogant and omnipresent
takeover of your mind
sucking tendrils
of reality
from the cerebrum
