What Might Have Been

In the bar she looked my way but I was shy
I made no move went home again the loner
What could have been in my mind it multiplies
Why didn't I make my prancing move sooner
Now she's with another and alone I cry
The past is done can't take it back in plaster
Will probably be this way until I die
Why oh why didn't I make the move faster?
