A poem for Kitty...


Sometimes when pieces of a puzzle get flipped upside down  
they seem to fit where they don't belong  
But stripping away the colors on both sides of the image  
Can reveal deeper secrets you thought were long gone
There is nothing more real than intangible love
Climb out of the pit and leap to the one waiting above
Leave behind who you no longer desire to be
Reach for the dream you were never able to see
The beauty of being human is that there is nothing you can't do
Rise up to become the woman hidden deep inside of you  
Let your gypsy break free from the bars of your broken life
To explore four new walls where love unveils a happy housewife
