Whispers of yesterday still resonate
Across the expanse of time and space
The tears of ravens wash my face
Your ghost of photographs leave me stained
Leaving black roses to brighten your tomb
The winter storm is hiding the moon
From our forest and sacred dunes
By the scorn of the succubus womb
I wish I had a spell
In all of this Hell
A spell to take me away
For all the sorcery
And your treachery
We can't make it past the grave
Call me a heretic
That I make you sick
Burn me with your ink
Tattooed as your freak
We lapped at haunted shores that we once knew
But then, all alone, I turn the screws
And now I wither without you
Splinter thy faith upon weathered pews
I wish I had a spell
In all of this Hell
A spell to take me away
For all the sorcery
And your treachery
We can't make it past the grave
Immortality
Is so goddamned
Infernal
