Forever Last

Nothing comes easy,
will you please believe me,
we all want something,
round and round we go,
the ego control,
we let the evil show,
but the people know,
chasing the dough does not equal growth
so please, don't let me go
whoa,
slow it up,
too easy to never give a fuck,
but at the end of the day what do I got,
a lot of problems,
a constant cough,
but i am not stopping at a hospital,
I avoid the obstacles,
cuz ignorance is bliss,
health conditions persist,
you can dig, i prefer to live,
some witness me sin,
the ones i love rarely see this mug grin,
somethings are a given
some things i gotta take,
I ask for forgiveness,
but  I will never be a fake,
please, let this rhythm take me away,
yesterday a boy at play,
today a man with some wicked ways,
what made me turn out this way?
i don't know if even want to start that debate,
The suns rays clear out the rain,
I have made plenty of mistakes,
but it will be OK,
plenty of mistakes,
but tomorrow is a new day.
