OF VOID FIRE AND SUCCUBUS SCREAMS

Share with me, thy sorrow soundscape
In the advent of winterlust and covered napes
Nascent into sensations devoid of morality
And thine silent tumultuous depravities
Choir of the skies screeching above us
Absence of light in this gift of obeisance
Tired branches bereft of felled leaves
Reticent crackling where nostalgia bereaves

Like a placard of burning desire
Thou, standing in pools of moonlit fire
Appendages outstretched for fatality
In twilight, enrobed magnificently
Masterful displays of flesh and bone
Effulgent rubies contrast the onyx stone
Suffocating in midnight deluge
Thick, cloudy mire of its infinitude

‘Master and his apprentice in solitude
Nigh bountiful harvest
Ensorcelled flames to molest the flesh
My carrion is blessed’

But here thy chrysanthemum dries
In mystique and Machiavellian lies
The triptych unfolds skeletal wish
Step inside and thou never resist

And there she was…
Embroidered tufts bound to her breast
Like weeping over the bannister
Ice-gilded stare that could sever mist
With irides of Skogsrået wistfulness
Slipping subtle Kyrkogrim glances
And in solar rays, Luciferian
Secrets of a longing moon, affixed
In starlit halls, sipping on tears of the sun
I yearn to devour her every piece
And to smother her entirety
To bear her puncture wounds with pride
Mandibular marks for a fallen star
Satyr I, for flowers dead
But like me, a golden façade of life
Overflowing revelry of the eldritch
Songs of narcotic splendour bewinged
Absinthe lips like poison panacea
I will blacken her auspice

Bridge into infernal abyss
Sickly emaciated visions
Spiraling ever darker
The mind is obscured
Faint demiurgic laughter
There is only vexed afterthoughts
As the fall into hell is
Bittersweet

But the pupils, now serpentine
Parted the void
What was once triumph, now despondent
The pallor of her flesh dimming
Ringing in the ears like white noise shrieking
For the eternal dead, with ghostly claws
Rake away at life, even the mask of life
And I could know no pain, like she
My azure flame met hers, carmine
To merge into the velvet of our souls entwined
Ever violet and receding

Like Faust given into temptation
Thine soul, demonized, can be with mine
Walk with me through different eyes
And the many gifts that I bring
The cup tippeth over, now drink
In the graveyard where angels rest

All is become dust
