Two Tone Soul
with tears upon my page I realize
it's time to bloom, triumph and luv
to not be consumed by this pain abiding within
ink dreams long forgotten back to life
take this weary heart of mine away
from haunting tormenting memories
realizing I stand alone in shadows unrecognized
blending in darkness as purple petals darken
being forgotten in hearts and lives of souls
like a two tone rose growing in a garden corner
half of it trying to bloom beautiful bright petals
the other half dark ~ blemishing its beauty
