Shopping

It was an ordinary shopping street
The sun was shining; quite a treat
So busy buying the week's food
Greeting friends, acquaintances renewed.
Why were these strangers staring;
Perhaps it was what I'm wearing.
But looking down I became aware
The my body was completely bare.
How come I ventured out
Completely nude; without a clout.
Suddenly I heard a sound
Was this the police, coming round.
But rather than being arrested
I awoke ; not very rested.
