Days That Pass
There are days when I do not tell you how much I love you
Those are my screw up days
There are days when I want to tell you how I feel about you but for whatever reason I fail to
Those are my screw up days
There are moments when I stop to think about how proud I am of you and fail to call you immediately
Those are my screw up days
At times I look at you and just feel so immensely proud yet fail to tell you
Those are my screw up days
There are days when I want to just hold you close and gently whisper I love you but allow the moment to pass
Those are my screw up days
So listen up
You are my special lady and I am madly in love with you
I am so proud of you for being brave through adversity
Together we can take on the world and do something special
Our mutual trust transcends everything
I just totally love you

That in a nutshell is pretty much what every woman wants to hear from the person that she loves.
I love the way you used the phrase, "Those are my screw up days," throughout the poem. That's exactly conveys are special the woman is to this person.
