Sugar and My Friends

I can tell some of my friends
I don't use sugar...its poison
they will usually say...poison
in a surprised sort of way then ask
what do you mean sugar is poison
I will continue...yeah that's right
sugar won't make you drop dead
right on the spot but eventually
sugar will flip your heels for you
that's exactly  why so many people
have sugar diabetes is because
sugar is poison...your body can't
handle sugar...you never thought
something so sweet could be good
for you did you...sugar is cheap ass
killer drug...there are lots of
killer drugs in our foods today
