Raindrops...
dewdrops born of rain
cling on blade of grass
set to wet the moisten soil
a seed to nourish down below
falling on drooping leaves
caressing the delicate pattern
of criss crossed veins
gently sliding with liquid sighs
the raindrops gushing from grey skies
upon the hills mountains and forests
washing foggy floaters on the air
gently urging in a crystal clear day
misty eyes greet early morn
choked on words unuttered
a silent greeting to a beloved
who remember no more
