Honest Feelings Free
I want to write something nice;
For, I say nice things all the time.
Such as nursery rhymes, lullabies,
"I'm in love with you" marriage lies.
But the only words that come to me
Are the miseries and pleas...
My sexless marriage and heartache,
The compromise I won't make.
My mouth only betrays me;
My pen, honest feelings free.

Thanks. It does feel good to be free to be who we are...I guess that's why I write the most when Life takes me places that conflict with my soul...seems like writing is the only way to untangle the mess (and it still takes plenty of time).;)
