Away we go
destination unknown
anywhere we plant our feet
to dance barefoot in the sand
and sail under the hot sun
celebrating sisterhood and friendships
singing and cheering with bands and crowds.

With pride in our lungs
freedom screaming loud
adventure packed in the trunk
There's no place I'd rather be
than this expedition with you
sharing joys of life with me.

Walking thru fields of flowers
breathing in their sweet fragrance
as a grass carpet tickles our toes
while the sun warms our hearts
filled with gladness to share
stories of love and hope in life.

Going to places we've never been
trusting in the wonders of God
who has brought us together
knowing how much we bless
each other sharing smiles and laughter
all thru the day from a gifted sacred friendship.
