Socially Regressive

they say we aren't progressive
because we're socially awkward
socially regressive
but we are humanitarian
it's just inward.

who the fuck are they
to say we cannot play
with them in their dungeon
everyone puts the show on.

they reject us
spit on us
for wanting to give into
our natural desires
just like them we want a face to turn to
but it's denied us.
why do they oppress us?

we are called creeps
even in our sleep
when that is not our intention
but in their conversations
they never fail to mention.

fuck them and their plastic society
i get shit on by my sobriety
and perceived as ugly
my genes not propagated
so fuck them
they create men like me.

Lately I've been trying my hand at punk-type songs (to royalty free music). This format is good for releasing a lot of social angst and anger I have as both a social outcast and an involuntary celibate man. And, as a man who was bullied mercilessly in his formative years. Still trying to perfect my 'punk voice' though....enjoy.
