State of Emergency

She wasn't in my forecast
Not even on my radar
I didn't know that girl could have takin' it so far

Time with her was all blue skies
Until her landslide made me realize
I'll never be free
I'm living in a state of emergency

She's like the San Andreas fault, she shook me to the floor
She blew me away like a hurricane on a south Florida shore
Left me all twisted inside like a tornado out on a Kansas plain
Swept me away like flood in a Louisiana rain.

Don't need no storm shelter
No evacuation or disaster plan
I don't even know if you'll understand
Why I'm sitting here, waiting for her to come back my way again
Cause look here boys...

She's like the San Andreas fault, she shook me to the floor
She blew me away like a hurricane on a south Florida shore
Left me all twisted inside like a tornado out on a Kansas plain
Swept me away like flood in a Louisiana rain.
