1: 1: The Desire For True Love

Excerpt 1 from Journal 1, 'Path to a Real Man':

Want and need are
the wrong words
to describe
what is meant to be
My Love....

Freefalling, letting
come what may
also being aware and
making tough decisions
are all tools of life...

In this journey if
we find each other,
it will be fates accident,
and yet already be written
in the stars...

One has no control,
ones world just happens
and we hold on
for the ride
for what it's worth...

All that is to happen
has already been decided
and can only be
minimally changed
at the price of our
created imbalance...

It is all one big
waiting game,
it's up to us
what emotion we
attach to it...

The error is in
wanting, for God
has already provided
all we will
ever need...

We must be humble,
we must be recievers
and learn to recognize
God's gifts when
they stare at us...

Openness is the key
without weakness.... Just this:
Touching the stars
with your feet
planted firmly
in the ground...

This is the only way
and it is a narrow one
indeed, yet I will take it,
for in wanting nothing,
I will gain
everything....
