The desperate bleed from wasted cunts
Sacrificed to the greater good of doom
As the flea bitten beast succumbs to hunts
Take me out to die beneath your haunted moon

And I’ll love you for it

Never try to hide where jealous angels cry
Look into these eyes and tell me what you find
The last light of day brings me songs of the grave
Whence I watched you pray, the murder that I crave

Ghosts give me hope
That there’s something to die for
Curse in the verse
Give me something to die for

Visit you and leave a single rose
And push my fingers through your ghostly veil
Cold to the touch where black waters flow
Please, take my hand and I will take you to Hell

And you’ll love me for it

Never try to kiss in withered chrysalis
Our terminal bliss is our apocalypse
The last time you prayed, I’m smothered in dismay
Euphony depraved together where we lay

You hold me true
And there’s something to die for
Verse of the hearse
Give me something to die for

I spy you looking
From the rampart
Vixens and hexen wolves
Lament the sunrise
You watch me burning
When ships depart
The beat of spectre hooves
We won’t say “Goodbye”

And in our darkness therein lies a madness
Embrace my carcass, together we’ll vanish
In frigid arcades snowfall covers our grave
Thrice cursed and betrayed, our existence enslaved

You hold me true
And there’s something to die for
Verse of the hearse
Give me something to die for

And I love you for it

Ghosts give me hope
That there’s something to die for
Curse in the verse
Give me something to die for
