Always Remain Timeless *** a poetic mural

 
my mind never sleeps, even when i rest
thoughts are constantly marching in protest
with picket signs that read
creativity must be freed
unrestrained..  
unchained..
my mind is a indeed battlefield
ink is the blood i shed, my pen the sword i wield
i guess in an attempt to be heard
and to show the power of words
perhaps to shake the sleeping, awake nations
to cause third eye pupil dialation
to show the world something so vast
i am Poetic Graffiti, and your mind is my canvas
as i paint words endless and eternal
in an attempt to churn something internal
maybe im outdated like the analog signal
a pencil, writing an everchanging riddle
lines that squiggle jibberish or hymnal
spirits from the spirit,so that makes it spiritual
to emit emotions in a world so disconnected
where families and humanity are often neglected
we dont talk any more, theres no need to
afterall Siri will do it for you
somehow society has forgotten how to feel
they'd rather cuss and fight, mame and kill
blood flows in the streets
rivers of sorrow as mothers weep
for the orphaned offspring that love birthed
yes we are children of forgotten worth
in a world where it seems love is deceased
its no surprise next to go is peace
yet peace hangs on ...barely breathing
in hope that mankind comes to reasoning
Shes witness murders and senseless beating
Economic divide and racial tensions seething
bullets and bombs, folks strapped with machine guns
countless hungry bellies, and mother with no milk for her little ones
genocide of whole tribes, brother against brother
rape and robbery of the elderly, no more respect for grandmother
countless injustices, crimes against humanity
yet peace hangs on,for our sake,in hopes to restore tranquility  
maybe it is why we say peace be still
cause it seems all other words have lost their appeal
but see this untapped resource can help mankind heal
and no high-tech gadgetry is even needed
just simple conversation and let knowledge supercede it
wow watch how colors come into focus
restoring balance ,equalibriums opus
so i will tag walls(minds) and leave graffiti on sidewalks
painting vibrant pictures to invoke thought
let creativity flows from me what's etched in my heart
