The meaning in Nature

There is a deep meaning in nature that we can never quite find in ourselves, its quiet there, a silence like the voice in my head that can only speak in terms that I can understand.  I sit in the evening sun and I look at my sunflower blooming.   Millions of years ago a photon started a journey from the center of our sun, and then today, it leapt from the corona’s edge to split the head of my sunflower wide open.   It fills my heart with a familiar journey.  Why fear the unknown?   Could this be related to being unsure of ourselves?  We are unaware of the unknown because we are made blind by defining it. We are told who we are by the charm of words.  We are told about our universe and our relationship with the universe by use of our language within our belief system (and we listen).  We are limited of knowledge, and incomplete, and so our deepest pains and joys of existence go unspoken.   We are blinded by ignorance as a grown man will praise praise, teaching, as a child will try and save the world in silent pain, unknowing where to begin because he’s had no guidance.

There’s a man walking along a beach in an ancient land. He digs into the sand and finds the eggs that a turtle had laid there.  He knows nothing of his gain, so he takes them and cooks them and shares them with his friends, chewing on the last of his brain.   I think what happened so suddenly was that I lost an illusion.   The energy now has a new identity, a new life to be realized.
