Everything, including the sky is tainted.
You showed me that much before. I wish
That you would have painted

Me the whole clear sky, but it is too childish
And romantic to do that in your eyes.
You never know that you are being too selfish

And insecure. Can I say final my goodbyes?
If only you saw it all from my perspective
Then you would not be complaining. My highs

Were better that what you could give
Me in the end. You did not care to know
About my lows either. You were being evasive

And avoiding the obvious truth. This show
Was only centered around you
And you took away my special glow.

You did nothing but skew
The truth so it is in line with yours.
You clearly do not have a clue

How messed up it all is. These were multiple wars
That we were fighting and facing here.
You do not always have time for metaphors.

You always want to smear
Everything in red blood so it is all ruined.
You are too blind to see the tear

In my eye. You have stunned
Me into complete shock and denial.
This is not what I had envisioned

Or had in mind when you had to null
This rose colored world we used to see
And live in. You said life was always too dull.

You made it that way. The glee
That used to shine in your eyes had escaped.
You always say that you no longer feel free.

You leave this world all misshaped.
You felt left out and that you did not belong
Here anymore. In the end you were scraped

While I felt all the suffering and pain. I was wrong
While you said you were always right.
You never thought I was strong

Enough. You told me to be out of sight
And to never say anything at all.
You wanted everything precise and airtight.

You left me feeling nothing but small
In this big world. You told me to sink
Down low and to always crawl.

You could never tell me what to think
Because I will never be your puppet.
You can longer bring me to the brink.
