"The Gentle, Calming East Ruach/Wind of Elohim"

I could feel the anger rising up
from my gut into my chest, and
before it could manifest, it was
assuaged by Elohim Ruach (God's Breath)

By myself, and with my very
best, this accomplish, I can't

I always give in and fly off of
the handle, destroying a lot
of things with my words and
causing damage, irreparable

Most times about this I just
don't care, and, other times
I stop and think afterwards,
maybe that wasn't the best
way to handle it, or the best
things to say

Most times I just go from 0
to 100 in seconds and see
red and lose all self-control

But, now, it's as though, the
Spirit already knowing how
I will react according to my
predilections and nature,
comes, and as though in
slow motion, causes me
to feel these motions of
feelings and emotions
and giving me the jump
on them, gives me the
power and authority to
once again rule over
them

I have been incarcerated
for my incontinence and
lack of moderation...

holding back and not over
indulging were not my fortes

But, now, there are times
when I get a feeling in my
gut, and a stirring in my bowels
that usually precede the Light
of a Wonderful Presence

And, when it does, the Ruach
of Elohim is felt; and, most
times this puts into motion
a change within me that is
far reaching, changing me
from old inclinations and
tendencies

At other times when this
experience has happened
it presented itself to me prior
to a confrontation with myself
involved was about to occur
and changed my response to
it and the other persons
response accordingly

The East Ruach/Wind of Elohim
is a Calming, Tempering wind
that I welcome when He
decides to on me with it
gently visit
