- Of the Spark Within -
Sands run, gears turn, and the world spins...
Slowly runs the course of time, yet it turns!
The mechanisms of reality: without, within...
Art fueled by a lightning that surges, burns!
Within the heavens, within my breast as well.
Hot as fire, and eternal as Heaven and Hell!
Never ending, never ceasing, across ages...
Across lives, across forms, across changes.
Canst thou see it as I do, the grander vista?
Beyond life, death, time and all our history!
Rare is the sight, rarer still is the sensation...
Of the spark within, finding its' illumination.
We, possess the capacity to transcend all...
Through pains, pleasures, joy and sorrow!
Beyond them whether we so stand or fall...
We wilt journey fast unto a fairer morrow!
Become the design and then become more.
Experience teaches all thou canst wish for!
Yearning, learning, finding countless secrets,
Across words, across faces, across facets.
Canst thou see it as I do, the total scheme?
Beyond love, longing, hopes, and dreams!
Rare is the sight, rarer still is the knowing...
Of the spark within, like fast river flowing.
Stars rise, suns die, universes yet expand...
A mirror of humanity, and of myriad fates!
Look beyond, within, and upon thy hand...
Change begins thus, where power awaits!
Not the false power of tyrants, but greater.
The future is now, not depending on later!
Seeking, creating, and inspiring the worthy,
Across mind, across heart, across destiny.
Canst thou see it as I do, the true wonder?
Beyond good or evil, lightning or thunder!
Rare is the sight, rarer still is the potential...
Of the spark within, its' evolution essential.

Oh indeed, sister... and sometimes even the dimmest of sparks can grow in intensity until it becomes as bright as a star! I am very glad you found my poem so delightful to read. Blessings and light upon you, as well! :D
