Policing My Thoughts

 
She pretty much has a cadre of men at her command
if she so desired
that like Prince's reference in "Little Red Corvette"
my anxiety would be about getting fired

So comfortable in her raw sexuality
fuels wicked often compelling instincts
fantasy in overdrive
just waxing too optimistically of us being in synching

Many variables still leave me in the same spot
from a drop dead canvass presence
once scenario has us going shopping
false accolades with my fashion sense

My guess is the window is narrow
to make an impression that will keep her to sunrise
morning becomes ecstatic
and for me the penultimate prize

So I can let my imagination run wild
fellow patrons I am sure have similar designs
of connecting to her on all levels
a new narrative with bodies and minds
