Love For All
Stand now and make a pact
one heart is all it takes
to dry a tear in someone's eye
that's what we all must try
Heal the wounds of the broken
and bring out the joys that are hidden
The sun will shine brighter tomorrow
and it'll melt away all the sorrow
Reach out to a stranger
and let them know you care
and they'll hold something in their heart
that'll always be there.

This is beautiful and I strongly agree with the sentiment. Letting someone know you care has the power to make a difference in someone's life. The world would be a better place if we all reached out to one another.
