THREE PALMS
Posing naked? She had no qualms
As she held her breasts in her palms
While an upright potted palm tree
Gave cover to her modesty
And "Make love to the camera!"
Was called by the photographer.
In her charms she had confidence
For taking her leave of dress sense
To revel in the liberty
Afforded in her nudity
Leaving least to imagination
As calendar illustration;
At her age, stretch marks, cellulite
And gravity did not yet bite,
Offering the male admirer
Opening next year's calendar
A sight like that of new-made Eve
That's all too easy to believe.

Use it while you got it, I say. Time and gravity defeats us all, but memories and photos are forever.
