curled fingers around his one testicle

Whoa!! This poem bashes and trashes those poor li'l skinhead boys with no more than two neurons to click together. There's a word for this type of writing, isn't there? Protest poetry? Diatribe ditties? Neah.
I like the first two stanzas. I would futz with the first one a tad - I think you may have forgotten a coupla letters:
Who'd part with their hard earn cash -> earned?
for paper to line the kitty litter box?
If that screws up your meter, you could try:
Who'd forego their hard earned cash
for paper to line the kitty litter box?
The whole thing is funny (and sadly true)! I can hear you SCREAMING it at the top of your head.
