Oaken branches

          
        
Oaken branches arching high      
spring rain,soft spheres      
magnify gentle clouds      
relieved of their burden.      
April showers herald      
flowers unfurling from      
beds of autumn leaves      
their task complete      
melting to Mother-Earth      
from whence they came.      
Oaken branches arching high      
April showers and May flowers      
until autumn falls and beds renew      
waiting  snow and frost.
