In Hindsight
Blue clear skies
Found inside your eyes
Tell tale signs
I’m sinking in way too deep
So please tell me how
How I’m supposed to breathe
When all I can think of is you?
This time I’m afraid it’s true
Stuck together like glue
From hand to hand
I started this fight
Thought I would surly win
Realized I’m paralyzed
To your every whim
Now with arms tied
Only hope you won’t
Won’t abuse my love
Many men look toward the sky
Wishing they could walk on the moon
I just want to stay right here
Don’t believe in anything greater
Then when we kiss
Better than any pearl
I’m staying right here to always cherish
We used to be like shy lovers
I blamed it on those new age beautifies
But then the years passed us by
No other way I could say
Don’t think I will ever stop
Falling in love with you
We been through our fair share of hurt
Thinking this time I can take on the world
And if I do
Will you heal my wounds?
Someday our time will come
Hopefully many years from now
And when I finally find god
I’ll have him bring me back
To that day we first met
Do it again, and repeat
Till all eternity

We find that one and want
to put it on a loop and do
it over and over again...

The lyrical way that your words are written, for me felt like a slow swinging to fluid music - guitar or piano perhaps - and a deep silent voice. At least, that's how I see it in my mad head. :) Beautiful!

So true. Love does take one's breath away. I must say, this was an excellent poem that truly conveys the passion of romantic love.
