To the haughty surgeon who killed a woman
(Old writing originally titled Seductress. The new title reflects what I most remember now)
I'll miss your ringlets your full lips,
I'll miss your in-curved waist and your out-swelling hips,
I'll miss your smiling face your nose
(the one I know you dont like so much).
I'll miss your belly your fat back even,
I'll miss your mango tits and your curry flavoured scented cunt,
I'll miss your little girl eyes when your come for the eigth time and know I want more.

The woman patient didn't die during surgery but from unrelated complications while under her care. The woman surgeon who worked in a small private hospital and refused to work in the public system (a number of public hours is expected of specialists) wouldn't send her to public hospital to get the appropriate specialist care not available at the private hospital. Sheer arrogance and pigheadedness.
At least her patients left her in droves and she had to leave the country after sticking it out for 5 years like a narcissist....
