Miracle

looked upon you from clouds above
can see you smiling back at me
we trade happy thoughts of luv

single tear rolled off my cheek
at the same time I felt your soul leak
both tears traveled in the breeze

as your blue and my purple tear collided
lightening streaked and thunder sounded
sky began to darken and weep

I was frightened loosing sight of your beautiful face
sent down prayers then spread my wings to shield you
then I heard a voice, "she is strong, she will be alright"

knew this familiar voice that has never failed me
a smile appeared on His face and all went calm in my heart
looked back down at you as I witnessed a miracle

earth was dark except where you stood
sky was pouring tears but you remained dry
all the Angels gathered around with wings spread

standing there with closed eyes reaching towards me
you were singing a song that we used to sing together
your angelic voice demanded silenced attention

felt another tear drip from my soul
slowly it drifted to touch you with my luv
your beautiful spirit glowed like a rare jewel

I heard Him sigh, then all went black
realizing I was dreaming that you still feel and miss me
as I still feel and miss you
