Dandelion Seeds
Dandelion seeds fly
Loose upon the breeze
Rough winds of spring
Carry them with ease
Floating so effortlessly
A child's spring delight
How I envy the dandelions
And wish to join their flight
Fluffy, and white
Bringer of many smiles
A dandelion seeds journey
Goes for untold miles
When they fall,
Back down to the earth
Lovely, yellow flowers bloom
To which the seed, has given birth

Glow this is beautiful! Brings back fond memories of both myself as a child sending these fragile parachutes to fly and also watching my children do the same. Brava bella poeta! Ah further reason for grandchildren:)
