My Poetic Sister

There are times in a Garden when it rains..
Where compacted soil becomes loosen
And would seem..
That the Garden will never be the same again..
In truth..
This is true..
Yes.. The natural order of growth
Rides a stallion of chaos
But to this do not be decived or confused..

These are not actions of Hate..
Nor that of Love..
Life is but a Slave to the Rhythm..
And can knock each of us off center
Due to the changing of each song..

It takes time and patience to catch on to the new selection..
So while in mourning it is important to not overthink the situation
When time may be better spent to slow down, observe and listen..
For in a loved One's loss..
Is it not complete chapter and verse..
Of an impressive Novel of Life's lesson?..

Oooh what a Blessin'!..

You are strong and rhythmic..
I have witnessed this through your pen..
So in this troubled time know you're not alone..
Huddle your Family..
No need to force the situation.. Let what is to come, come..
For there are times to coddle but rest assured the next spreading of your wings will be much more mature than before the rain loosened your soil..
