cruel is my kiss
it comes to this, at times. it comes to an overwhelming
passion that compels me to voice my terrible dreams.
when I destroy the fragile odes of poets who think they
know what love is.
love is a beast with ferrous hands that grabs you by the
shoulders & tosses you onto the stark white sheets of
the bed. it holds you by the hair & drives its fiery tongue
deeply into your wanton mouth. it torments your neck
with the sucked-red marks that are badges of your shame.
it grips your trembling tits with the steel of madness, to
bite your hard nipples like it was pulling the pin out of a
grenade with its teeth. every inch of your naked flesh
craves this; this desire that proclaims you a woman.
when it impales you & storms to a cresting sunburst, you
will discover the raging cauldron of your emotions! then
it orders you: ‘cry for me. cry for me baby!’ & you cry, & the
fireball of my orgasm shoots right through the sky!
and you accept this beautiful agony,
knowing you are the woman. the only woman.
