Petite elfin chanteuse
Feeds the ticket machine her coins for me
Her soprano singing reverberating
Her cryptic message deciphered
As I hand her a fiver
She swishes away in her dress

Transmigration of souls

Gracias mi amiga. This is based on an encounter I had in the San Francisco BART station years ago. The young woman definitely enchanted me. She was like a mythical fairy from an ancient time.
