Will Remember You
where is the man we once knew
we're wondering now about you as we pray
who sold their soul first to the other.....you or satan
or was it just an easy way out for you to surrender
where is the friend we once knew
would defend any friend against a foe
captured now in a confused mind of darkness
living oblivious to others light of luv towards them
where is the poet we once knew
who looked at the sun with passion
wrote the warmth of its existence
whose words once moved many hearts
where is the spirit we once knew
that would ask for prayer in time of need
lifted many souls crying a tear with you
always had a smile of comfort day or night
where is the man we all miss
(no one pacifically......
just thoughts of many)

Wow, im left with a hurt after reading. Ive known so many people that has come and gone in my life that I could attribute this to. Remembering them for the best reasons helps to forget about the severed ties and the different paths of life. Love the way that purple ink stains the page, touching.

Hey D....sorry for the hurt feelings.....I knew you would get this......it's inspiration is of many souls actions......some have other paths to follow......plus this is about how people change from when we first knew them......do they ever get back to who they once were?? OH Sexy Rain.....you know how I luv a good mystery......LOL!! Hey Sweet S......we can't always be positive all the time......it would be nice....I just worry when I see souls lash out at another they luv so deeply.......turn into another person right before you......have to feel at loss how you can help them cause you know it's not the way they usually are......thank you for your insight in this......always a pleasant smile you leave......purple luv & hugs xo :)

beautifully written, but who knows what happens to people - I have witnessed amazing changes in people - some for the good some for the bad - many remain in my thoughts - it would be nice if people remained constant but thats me being selfish :-)

I agree with you with you David.......I just worry when I see them doing nutty things that is against their character.......I miss friends that have just gone away like I never mattered.......thank you for sharing your thoughts with me....purple luv & hugs xo :)
