Wishing to be good
“I wish I could be good, sir, as you are,”
“Are you quite sure, for naughty girls have fun?”
“I’d not have that at your expense, papa.”
“I fear your badness has once more begun
To lead you quite astray; you, fiendish child.”
“I think that may be you with your sly hand.”
“You mean it is not welcome?” “I’ll be mild,
In my rebuke.” “I think you have this planned:
Miss, you can be the wickedest of all chits.”
"I may be bad and wicked, if you like,
But only due to lusting for sir’s bits;
My dearest sir, make merry – love the sight
Of all you do to me, we may go far,
But I’ll wish to be good, sir, as you are.”
