love hotels

“Love hotels have their clientele,” she shrugs;
A phallic Mickey Mouse upon her desk,
May cause the girls to giggle; and young bloods
Can smile to see this Disney interest
So out of place amidst the portraiture
Of bottoms, breasts and cunnies on the stairs;
Some prefer noon to three, it’s more obscure
Than going after work for these affairs,
Where you can hire the rooms for just an hour
Or stay for longer and order champagne;
Those men with Apple Macs don’t need the power
To shave their stubble, but go home again
To spouses in the suburbs, quite content;
They leave those rooms for further evening rent…
